Neutered 2 of my male cats from here. Both of them are quite healthy now and are doing well. Kept them for 4 days for post op, they were well taken care of. Mrs Sujala Biswas, the owner, is a gem of a person and does this out of passion for animals. Well kept, clean and well organised place. Definitely recommended.

One of the best pet clinic near sovabazar, shyambazar area. Let me tell you people my story, I purchased a beagle puppy and was continuously showing my puppy to this clinic. Every vaccination has been done through this clinic. So after his rabies vaccination they advised me that I can take my puppy out after 20 days. We did the same and we were very excited and even my puppy was happy exploring new world around him. Last week we took him out and he was sniffing near some plants on the road side, we don't know weather he licked some pesticides on the plant or not. But after he came home he was acting wierd and we started monitoring him. Within 10 mins he started to bloat and he was unable to stand properly and was felling down continuously. It was 9pm when it happened and I immediately called paw planet and the kind lady( owner of the paw planet) told us to immediately bring him to her clinic and gave him all the necessary injections needed and even one injection was unavailable and she immediately called a person living in baguiati to bring it. That person came within 30 mins and provided the same. She took care of her like it's her own dog and waited for his recovery till mid night 12:30. Gave him saline and waited till mid night. This kind lady take care of evey pets like it's her own. Even she called us and checked his health status for 72 hrs. If she wasn't there for him then we could have lost moti my beagle puppy. God is really there in the form of human being and SHE IS THE ONE. Thank you very much mam for saving my puppy. And I am always there for the help of paw planet by any means necessary..❤️❤️

I went to emergency as my cat was not well few week back. He was not willing to check her or give any suggestions. He just said I will not do anything without blood report . We said we have come in emergency condition. He gave her saline which killed her due to over dosage. What he has done will get him back. Just because of your laziness you have killed a kitten. They can't figure out the exact condition of your babies. Better to avoid this now

I sincerely thank Mrs Sujola Biswas and her team for taking such good care of my cat. I took her for neutering and availed of her post care services as well. I was pleasantly surprised to see how spic and span the place is , all the cats are clean and tidy and well fed. My cat came back clean and healthy from her place .
