Frndz4Paws - Dog Creche in Howrah

My labrador, Gucci had a very wonderful stay at Frndz4Paws. It was his first ever creche experience but they made sure he felt comfortable in every manner. I would like to thank you for taking care of Gucci in the best possible way. As he was with you, I could travel tension free knowing he is in good hands. You not only took good care of him, but made him understand how to stay with other dogs. I am grateful to you and hoping to book more such stays with you for Gucci.

I have visited Frndz4paws for the 1st time for the grooming session of my Shih Tzu puppy Coco, I am satisfied with their service. The grooming area is neat and clean which I give topmost priority, I have been going to Kolkata for last couple of months as I always felt Howrah is lacking in this kind of pet grooming service. But this place is cozy and most importantly they were very welcoming and caring towards my baby. Definitely Coco will have monthly visits going forward. Edited on 2nd Jan, 2026: This review is for their creche service, I am a 1st time pet parent with lots of queries and concerns for my baby and hence i was very skeptical initially, Swagata suggested for a trial stay and we were astonished how much caring they are and Coco felt comfortable instantly. Now-a-days Frndz4paws has been her extended family, i feel totally relaxed whenever she visits, already she stayed more than 4 times, i cannot think of anywhere else. They are extremely caring and transparent as well, Coco loves to stay here. Hats off to you Swagata and your entire team for putting so much affection and hark work above and beyond our expectation and we are blessed to get such a wonderful and trustworthy place for our fur babies.

Had a wonderful experience with Frndz4Paws. They took excellent care of my pet while I was away for almost a week. I felt completely at ease knowing she was in safe hands, and I really appreciated the regular updates on WhatsApp about her activities. They handled her moodiness around meals with great patience. I have known Swagata di for 3+ years and the love she has for animals is unmatched. I have availed her grooming services many times, she and her team always treat Max with the special love and care he needs. He is now in her creche and he is very comfortable and happy despite his separation anxiety. Thank you so much for all that you have done for my babies 🤗

Thanks Frndz4Paws for taking care of my ozzu baby. I am really glad to share my honest opinion about how your creche has made me feel so much relaxed and a less anxious about my dog being in safe hands. You people have really took care of him like a baby and it is very visible in the videos where he smiles while he plays. Notwithstanding the fact that he is very shy, you people made sure he opens up and were patient with him. It's really difficult to travel with a dog via train and every dog parent can relate to that. I take him with me everytime but unfortunately it could not happen this time and I was so worried about figuring out where to leave him for some days so that he stays healthy and safe. I just randomly came across Frndz4Paws via Google and just called them instantly. They were very professional and made sure to solve all the doubts/questions I had in my mind. They even update whatsapp status of ozzy so that I can track and understand what he is doing there. There were moments where they have handfed him because he was not eating. That really shows the amount of dedication Frndz4Paws carries in what they do. If I ever have to leave my baby again, I can say that I trust this place with my whole heart.
