I took my pup here for grooming, and it was an absolute nightmare. The staff handled my pup very carelessly — bending her legs harshly, leaving her with a red eye, and even cutting off her eyelashes. They only did face, paws, nails, and anal cleaning but still charged for the complete grooming package. The service quality was the worst I’ve experienced, and the cost was unreasonably high for such poor treatment. ⚠️ Not recommended at all. Please avoid taking your pets here for grooming.

Worst experience in Pink Paws Kasba. Very poor service. The way they handled our pet it’s horrible. They left cotton in our pets ears. They made our pet traumatised. I want to give them 0 star.
