The Pawswell

This is my 11 year old Lab who had a cardiac arrest on 19th. He was in lot of pain, vomitting number of times and collapsed completely. Considering his age, we had lost hope. I brought him to Pawswell clinic. The team immediately put him on medical support. Within six days he is fighting fit and back home. I sincerely thank Mr Saibal and his team for all the hard work. The hospital has amazing facilities and more importantly amazing people. They genuinely love pets. Amount of effort they put in towards taking care of the pets is really praiseworthy. The experience and practical approach of Mr Saibal really worked. God bless team Pawswell.

First of I thank the owner Mr Shaibal das who rescue BHIM 🐶 1of our beloved street dog during emergency , but that didn't helped BHIM much.. Bhim'd met wt an accident due to this he got pelvis broken, testis swallen & mny other complications but that was BHIM 1st stage if the owner took a little step to help BHIM to get relief from the pain it could 've been much better. Though paws well clinic's not made for street animals neither they've any medical facilities to cure street animals. I think every animals ngo / hospital/ clinic must keep emergency. We'd to shift BHIM from tat clinic to another NGO bcz the owner of Paws well clinic had Kali pujo at his house & neither it was helping much . BHIM lost his life due to negligence. When I asked the owner to provide me the dr number he simply denied, he ask me to forward BHIM 's vdo . My question wat'll he do wt the vdo ? Can he cured BHIM through vdo ? Nope , so see all this r for Business not for helping or to cure helpless animals..

I bought some dog food from this counter which was expired. One male employee asked the other staff to change the product but they didn't and said that the expiary date is ok. I was in a hurry and didn't cross check the product. When I came home and fed my dog she started vomiting and vomited the whole night. The next day I checked the date of the product I found it is expiared. Today I went to the shop and came to know that they gave me the expired product to clear their stock. And saw that most of the dog food doesn't have an expiary date in it. They are running a high profit business. First they are going to play with the health of your dog and then do the treatment. Very Very disappointed with the dishonesty of the employees. I will never go or buy any dog product or recommend someone in this clinic. My dog is badly I'll because of you guys. You all will never be forgiven. Let Karma do the next.

I was recommended this clinic by a friend, who trusted Mr. Shaibal Das. When I spoke to him about getting my cats sterilized, he said a junior vet would do it for ₹3000 per female cat and ₹2500 per male cat. These kids you see in the videos are his latest victims. Three females were spayed on July 5th at Pawswell for which I paid ₹9000 On July 12th, all of their sutures were open and their mesentery and tissues were hanging out. I went back to the clinic to get it fixed and Mr. Shaibal Das performed the sutures. That's when he slipped that he is the one performing all surgeries at Pawswell. Meaning even if you take an appointment with a vet of PAWSWELL for your kid's surgery, the one doing it behind closed doors of the OT is Mr Shaibal Das. He is NOT A VET. Notice the video that I insisted on making where he's stitching and cutting on my cat who isn't unconscious. Notice how she squirms and cries And even after this, the stitch wasn't done properly. Both times, a non vet did surgical procedure and messed it up horribly. The female cats that I got sterilized from PAWSWELL before are still lactating. Now I know why. No vet touched them; it was him. I spoke to Mr Kohli, the owner of PAWSWELL on 25th July but he showed no sign of remorse. Nor did he acknowledge that a non-vet performing surgery is ILLEGAL and risky. He still hasn't bothered to own up nor has Mr Shaibal, who trots around the clinic saying he's taught surgery to Dr Avijit Dutta and to Dr Gopal Samantha. Mr Kohli says Mr Shaibal is the mechanic who's better than the Engineer. I do not know what agenda these people have or what is going on behind the curtains, but please, please do not fall for the shiny walls and floors of this clinic. If it were good, it would be crowded. It never is except when Dr Dutta is consulting. Not sure if Dr Dutta sits there anymore owing to the scam PAWSWELL is pulling. Paw Parents, beware.

I really appreciated the clinic when it was near South city. The moment this clinic came to Park Circus, the whole atmosphere changed, Doc Dutta’s affinity towards expensive breeds is so annoying. He charges over 800 for consultation of each baby. A real doctor would not differentiate. The prices/ fees are also baseless and humongous. In all, I would not recommend. Please go to smaller clinics where the doctors love pets, irrespective of their origin and also where buying pets is discouraged.
