My kitty, kiwi, suddenly fell of from my grandmother's lap, and went in severe shock, as we saw he went all limp, without knowing anything where and how, we somehow find TSVH , and honestly the service and treatment was great, it was 2:30 am the doc at that moment DR Zabir Hussain, gave him his all attention to cure, and with god's grace, he started to get better, the paramedics were attentive and kind too....overall except being a little pricey , my experience there was great....💖🥝

I want to sincerely thank The Seattle Veterinary Hospital for their prompt and accurate assistance during an emergency with my 6 y/o St. Bernard. Everyone present at the emergency room from Dr. A.P. Mandal to the paravets and Mr. Sunny (our point of contact) were thorough professionals. They were patient, highly cooperative, and guided us with an accurate diagnosis and the right medications. We had an excellent experience with them; even at a graveyard hour, the quality of service and care they provided was exceptional. They are really good when it comes to grooming. My boy can be a little aggressive with strangers, yet they still managed to groom him comfortably without even using a muzzle. I truly appreciate their patience and grooming skills. However, the disappointing part is regarding their crèche services. I was assured that they would keep my dog during my vacation, and I planned my trip based on that commitment. Just three hours before my journey, I was informed—without a clear explanation—that they would no longer be able to accommodate him. I found this extremely unprofessional. Their last-minute cancellation put me in a very difficult situation right before my travel. Not a good experience at all.

I had to take my cat for an emergency at 3am and every single person on the staff did everything in their power to not only take care of my cat but to give me peace of mind. They were very transparent about each and every step, and gave her immediate IV that probably saved her life. Appropriate tests were done and they even helped me get into my uber with her as I came with her in my arms without a cage. I left the house that night with a heavy heart and praying to every god I could remember and left with hope and immense gratitude. Doctor Rahaman had excellent foresight and the tests helped catch some diseases early that could have taken my baby from me. I particularly want to point out that they are very helpful with followups. I did not have to go back with her for the prescription, it was send on WhatsApp. I want to thank them for constantly checking up on how she is, it’s a small thing that shows that they truly care for the animals they treat. I am so grateful for everything TSVH has done for me and my cat. It is so important to have 24 hour round care for all beings, human or animal.

I am extremely grateful to the doctors and paravets at TSVH Hospital for the exceptional care they provided to my 2-month-old three puppies during their battle with parvo. Their dedication, compassion, and professionalism truly saved my puppies’ lives. What impressed me the most is their 24×7 availability and prompt response. At 2:30 AM, when I first called them in panic, they immediately guided me and arranged everything without delay. The tests, reports, and admission were done seamlessly, without any harassment or confusion, which was a huge relief during such a stressful time. The entire team took care of my puppies like their own. I was regularly updated every single day through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and even videos, which gave me immense confidence and peace of mind. Their transparency and constant communication are truly commendable. Honestly, when I admitted them, one puppy was extremely critical, barely moving, and I had almost lost hope of saving him. But by God’s grace and the timely medication, continuous monitoring, and dedicated treatment provided by the TSVH team, all three puppies have recovered well and are now healthy, active, and safe. I can confidently say that my puppies are alive today only because of the care, commitment, and expertise of the TSVH doctors and paravet staff.
