I have no words to express my gratitude for Joy da and his commitment towards his customers. Last weekend I got a Beagle from him from Serampore Pet Market. He not only provided me with a top notch quality puppy, it was pre-groomed with nails trimmed and 0 ticks which was really surprising for me. Not to mention, I called him at 4:45 am in the morning and he answered the phone and guided us. I would recommend every pet lover to check with him and his shop who doesn't want to compromise on quality. Wish him my very best for his dedication and commitment towards his pets and customers.

Just visited yesterday with a healthy two months old kitten. Took appointment with Dr Kshounee Khan in the evening. Saw the kitten and took the temperature which was 106. Advised 5 injections along with saline for five days. Gave all the needed medicine and accessories from their store( ofcourse for a cost)along with a phone number of a man Mithun or Mritunjay Dey, with whom they have arrangements to put on the saline. He came to my house and gave the saline to my little kitten. My kitten was full healthy except the temperature. I was only worried for so many injections in 40 ml of saline, out of which two was given in the thighs. And secondly i had told him many times to put the saline slowly for a longer period of time. After two hours of saline my pet died. And in the morning when he called me for the second saline, i told him that the kitten is no more. He simply said that a new virus is running which is affecting althe cat and dogs. That what i wanted to say,,,, experience people will make out what can be the reason for my kitten death........

I bought my two puppies one is shih tzu and the another one is Saint Bernard. Both are very beautiful healthy babies. The owner Koushik paul is very caring about all things and her wife Poulami also owning a dog crèche. She is very carefully handle all dogs like dog parents. They have also a pet store. Here you can get all the necessary things of your lovely paws. I am very happy that I have became a family friend of this couple.
