Furry Tales used to be wonderful, but their service has declined significantly. They have stopped responding to messages and won't even pick up the phone. This lack of communication is unacceptable when it comes to pet care. I am very disappointed with their recent behavior and the lack of respect for their long-term clients.
Furry Tales is the best pet Creche in Kolkata. It is a second home for Simba n Mowgli our 2 Golden Boys. We love seeing them enjoy with other pets, playing and dancing around. Saptarshi and Sayantani both are highly skilled to handle all the pets and very affectionate towards them. We would highly recomend furry tales for pet parents
The best! Its difficult to travel like twice a year if you have a pet and don't find a good creche to keep your dog in. And that's what Furry Tales does so well. Their friendliness and the way they keep the pets - we feel at ease on a vacation keeping Sandy, our 7 yr old labrador with Furry Tales.
I am very Happy with the care and attention my dog receives at @Furry Tales Dog Creche! @Sayantani and @Saptarshi are not only professional but genuinely love the dogs they look after. My baby (Shampoo) always comes home happy, well-exercised, and relaxed—which says everything about the environment they've created. They provide plenty of playtime, social interaction, and even updates during the day which give me peace of mind. It's clear they treat every dog like one of their own. If you're looking for a safe, fun, and loving place for your dog while you're away, I highly recommend @Furry Tales Dog Creche. They're the best!
