Absolutely pathetic experience. They lack the basic amenities and don't even have helpers or assistants to deal with pets who are in critical condition. The insensitive, egoistic and goon-like security guards pretend as if they are the main doctors there and talk to you in a very condescending and rude way. If you do not obey those security guards' instructions, they will stoop down to being a goon and bully to insult you, abuse you and disrespect you. I tried to complain politely about this to the doctor, but then he started to preach me instead, about what is their distorted perception of right and wrong. There, everyone is busy saving each other's back (typical governmental staff's attitude in our state). Nobody in this hospital cares about your poor pet. Staff members and security guards are rude, insensitive and apathetic. They just want you to get done with your work and throw you out of the hospital as soon as possible. I wish that there had been an alternative non-governmental hospital where critical animals can be taken care of, but since there are none, I am forced to go to this hospital. Absolutely pathetic experience. Like someone said here, it is NOT a hospital. It is a dirty slaughterhouse. Not just fatal for your pet's health, but also harmful for your mental health, sanity, and dignity.

Worst doctors save your kittens and dogs a doctor who checked my cat for emergency he was so hesitate that he just prescribed medications without even checking him up he just asked us about it . He prescribed a medicine for a cloudy eye of my cat which he told was due to viral infection but today when I saw what was the eye drops all about it was for ulcer& conjectivice.with [disclaimer] not for other infection which could worsen the cause and it really did today my cat is in the instance of of death but they are just there doing nothing. They just cost the same consultation fee is 5 ~ 20 rupees and all expensive medicines have to be brought if you live far and even if you are giving more than 200 rupees for travel you are still putting your pet at the hand of a slaughtering hospital I would not say all doctors are bad but in my case if after the first visit if my cat has been diying it's highly not recommended because you don't know whom you are handling your precious pet. It's better if you give your cat to a private vet because they will take better care of them not like them

I want to give thanks to Dr. Kaushik Nandi because he cured my kali‘s complicated disease. I had seen many doctors but no one was able to cure him. Kali was getting thinner and passing stool a lot, could not digest anything. I had almost given up all hope. Then one day I found this hospital and here Dr. Kaushik Nandi saw him. Now my Kali is completely healthy, gained weight and also its stool has also improved. I can say that he has given my dog back. My doctor is cured my dog like god. At one point we gave up on our dog but he made miraculous job and we are overjoyed to have our dog back in our lives.

Doctors present here are great. People don't know about this hospital much due to lack of knowledge. People believe that taking their pet animal to vets are better as they charge more. Trust this hospital as the charge is almost negligible. Around Rs. 20 /-. Medicine cost is as per requirement and you have to pay from pocket. Rest everything is on the hospital. Really trustworthy and helpful..

My beagle had severe posterior paralysis—she couldn’t walk, jump, or even relieve herself without support. I had consulted several doctors but nothing worked, and I was devastated, thinking a wheelchair was the only option left. Then I visited SAHC and met Dr. Kaushik Nandy. His treatment and guidance worked like magic. I followed his advice sincerely, and today my beagle is walking, running, and jumping again—living a normal life without any support. Dr. Nandy has been nothing less than a savior for us. I will always remain deeply grateful to him and SAHC.
