Don't visit if you love your pet , they are only money sucker. As an Indie cat parent, first time I visited this place for my 6 months cat but the experience was the worst I had my cat has died today. When the doctor checked my cat he prescribed that we have to give him saline for 5 Days continuously. Before giving saline my cat was Ok he was not aggressive towards me but after giving saline for 2 days his body became very weak suddenly today he started having seizure attack and died. I am in regret that why did I chose the paw story for my cat.

While I understand that veterinary medicine can be unpredictable, it's the manner in which we were treated, both emotionally and with our delicate situation, that compounds our sorrow. It’s vital for any clinic not only to have knowledge but to exhibit kindness and clarity; unfortunately, we found a glaring absence in both. This has not only traumatized our family but has also shaken our faith in the care provided by THE PAW STORY. I hope our experience serves as a reminder that every animal deserves compassionate and expert care, especially in their most vulnerable moments. They were gentle, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. My pup came out looking fantastic—clean, well-trimmed, and happy as ever! What I appreciated most was the attention to detail and how they took the time to listen to what I wanted. They even gave me some helpful tips for at-home care.
