It was a great experience. He is very responsible. My bunny was suffering from a dental issue. He guided us and then did the surgery. My bunny is totally fine and doing good now. Thanks for his immense support. ❤️

"Dr. Shah Nawaz Alam is a lifesaver! Our beloved beagle Polo suffered from tick paralysis, which left him unable to move his hind limbs. We thought we'd not be able to see him walk n run again but Dr. Alam's expertise and care brought him back to his feet. Not only did he nurse our dog back to health, but he also surgically removed a malignant tumor from his back. The tumor was successfully removed, and our dog is now thriving. Dr. Alam's dedication, compassion, and professionalism are unparalleled. He explained every step of the treatment process, answered all our questions, and kept us updated on our dog's progress. We can't thank Dr. Alam enough for giving our furry baby a second chance at life. If you're looking for a trustworthy and skilled veterinarian, look no further than Dr. Shah Nawaz Alam!

I had 9 cats (3 adults and 6 kittens). Since 19th July one of my (5 month old) kitten was eating, energy was low, and until 23rd July which is when I took my kitten to visit the clinic seeing the reviews. Until then my other cats were okay.* Dr. A answered my call and asked me to take the kitten to his clinic. Took me around 30 mins to reach. Upon visit the clinic was still closed, one of his assistant came after 10 - 15 mins. Dr. A arrived, checked temp (not sure if the thermometer was sanitized after each use, because I did not see them do it neither before nor after), checked weight, most importantly checked breathing / heartbeat and said it was fine. He said my kitten would recover.** *I told him other cats were fine as of then. Which was a fact. I showed him the picture of my cat's stool (resembled diarrhea) to which he made a disgusted face. My kitten was not doing well, any pet lover or experienced pet parent could tell. He had not eaten since 20th July and was very anemic. Dr. A right away gave 5 Injections to my 1 month old kitten assuming it was Babesia without any test made then or prior and (the assistants) administered them right there. He gave me 5 more meds and billed me 2609 INR (300 INR for consultation) and left within 5-10 mins of him reaching there, even before I could get clarity of what was being done, why and what was the guidance of a cat parent in such a situation. I paid the bill. Since it was my first visit there, they have this weird portal where you have to create an account and jump over hoops when asked about the invoice against the bill which I just had paid. They sent a link for it, but that did not work. By then 1 of 2 assistant was also gone, he struggled to furnish it, but I guided him and acquired the invoice. It was around 9AM. I took my kitten back home, by then he puked a bit on the way. Gave food supplement to the kitten, but the situation worsened and after few convulsion the kitten passed away around 2PM. I informed Dr. A right away. (over text ofc) He did not bother to respond to that news. I then requested him to refund the amount upon returning the unused meds, to which he agreed and responded 5 & 1/2 hours later. He never once acknowledged or showed empathy on the news of my kitten passing. On 25th July I went and returned the unused meds. One of the assistant could not recall me being there just two days before when I told him why I was returning the unused meds. **My kitten died of FPV/ Feline distemper. (Any cat parent knows or can google it, and it is uncurable). If he had charged a higher consultation fee and told me to take my kitten home, and safeguard other cats or warned me of it's possibility, it would have made unimaginable difference. I wouldn't have mind paying a higher fee for an accurate diagnosis. But that was not the case. But his conclusion and meds prescribed was all an assumption, without any test backing it up. So the bill he made was for nothing. Seemed like quick buck specially against an inexperienced pet parent. My kitten was not going to survive by the time I took him to Dr. A, that much was clear. Money is not an issue here. After then slowly 5 other kittens started falling ill one by one and it's 1st of Aug, I had lost all 6 kittens and 1 adult cat because of this misdiagnosis. I would wake up every other day to see another kitten repeating the pattern and then pass away. Whatever I had said is what I experienced first hand. Hope this helps to people in need of a credible vet for their babies. Choose your vet wisely.
