They take good care of the dogs. It has become a home away from home for my girl, Lily. She is a hyperactive and extremely energetic Beagle and team Doggo House does a great job of managing her. You can trust them with your dogs.

My male lab dog name Shimba stayed in this crèche for more than 45 days at a stretch and enjoyed every day. Their strategic planning made the crèche par excellence. Moreover they have adequate space and look after each dog as per their nature.

Unprofessional. I was about to drop my fur baby but the person didn't pick up the call for atleast 1 hour. Then I had to arrange some other place within short notice. Not recommended.

I have used Doggo House a few times before for my Pug and things were okay. This time, during an urgent need, I called to book a stay and clearly confirmed that all vaccinations and deworming were done. I was told they would get back to me to confirm whether they could take him the next day. They never called back. I tried calling several times and they ignored every call. We trusted them because we kept our baby dog with them previously and relied on them to give us a proper response. If they were unable or unwilling to accommodate my dog, a basic courtesy call would have been the minimum expectation. Their lack of communication left us hanging until the last minute, making it difficult to arrange another safe place for our dog. Another major concern is that owners are not allowed upstairs to see where the dogs are actually kept. Transparency is important when we are trusting a facility with the safety and wellbeing of our pets, and the lack of it is alarming. This behaviour is highly unprofessional and shows complete disregard for customers and their pets. I will not be relying on them again. Poor communication and zero accountability are not acceptable from any service provider, especially one responsible for living beings. Ignoring customers, wasting their time, and refusing to communicate demonstrates a clear lack of respect and professionalism.
