I bought a golden retriever around 11 months ago but after several follow-ups I haven't received my baby's certificate yet.. the shop is just continuously backing up the dates.... Very bad experience. They took around 50ak from us which is not at all the price of a golden retriever should be. And they are so reluctant about the certificate.... I doubt if they have cheated us already
I recently visited Pet plaza for a general check up for my doggo. The staff was friendly and the doctor was also very professional. He properly checked my pet and prescribed medicines which were readily available at the store . All your pet needs can be fulfilled here. They have a wide range of products and services. They provide grooming services as well.
Leaving a review after watching a reel on Instagram where one of their groomers kills a cat by rough handling him(the cat) for 20mins. The place has taken zero responsibility for their action and claimed the cat was abnormal whereas the reel (showing cctv footage of the rough handling) clearly shows a different scenario. Absolutely horrible place charging hefty amount only to mishandle animals on our back. Deserves to go out of business.
Commenting after seeing the Instagram reel where a groomer from this place killed a cat because of lack of expertise and knowledge and didn't even take any accountability for it. I used to take my fur baby here too but the overall environment of the general staff felt very " Pet tolerant " And not at all " pet friendly " , after which I stopped taking him there.
I wanted to share my positive experience with Pet Plaza. Initially, I had difficulty finding the delivery section for my cat's food. However, when I contacted them via Google Maps, their team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They not only located the product I needed but also provided free delivery right to my home. I am very grateful for their excellent service and look forward to purchasing more products from Pet Plaza in the future.
