I contacted him on the day he was not available in Dakkhineswar However when I said it's urgent, and I don't care if it's late at night, he made sure to check my hamster up in Dakkhinswer after finishing his shift in South Kolkata. I stay a little paranoid with my hamster and worry a lot.... However he never fails to reply to the messages I send ( which to be honest is a lot and nearly every little detail that I think is worrisome).... He is very cooperative and understands urgency

We were very lucky that our 4-year-old cat was treated by Dr. Suprodip. She had a massive accident and lost one eye, her jaw was fractured and she had many complications and we were sure that she wasn't going to make it.
