I contacted him on the day he was not available in Dakkhineswar However when I said it's urgent, and I don't care if it's late at night, he made sure to check my hamster up in Dakkhinswer after finishing his shift in South Kolkata. I stay a little paranoid with my hamster and worry a lot.... However he never fails to reply to the messages I send ( which to be honest is a lot and nearly every little detail that I think is worrisome).... He is very cooperative and understands urgency
We were very lucky that our 4-year-old cat was treated by Dr. Suprodip. She had a massive accident and lost one eye, her jaw was fractured and she had many complications and we were sure that she wasn't going to make it. We'll be bringing her back home after almost a month of treatment. And I'm really really thankful to the doctor for his timely and efficient care.
