Horrible service. I have been waiting for my pet’s blood reports and the team has zero accountability. I have called them so many times and have not yet received my reports. This is very poor customer service. Shows that they do not care about your pet, no matter the urgency.

Dr. Pallavi Rajwanshi is extremely cooperative, calm, and transparent—she explained and performed the treatment in front of me with so much patience. I came with my pet in a cab, and the team received us warmly, interacted gently with my cat, and handled everything with complete transparency. All reports were properly uploaded on the app, which gave me a lot of confidence and reassurance. My pet cat is still in critical condition, but the positivity, care, treatment quality, service, and communication I experienced here made me feel truly supported. This was my first visit, and I am genuinely very happy and satisfied with the overall service. Thank you for the care, compassion, and professionalism. Truly the best in the south area. The reception team is also excellent—they regularly check in, keep giving updates, and patiently explain everything in detail. Overall, Vetic southern Avenue has been outstanding. From communication to care, everything feels transparent and reassuring. I’m genuinely grateful for the support during such a critical time for my pet.
