Alike other pet parents, I was extremely concerned about the environment and stay!! Had to mention, top-notch service with a homely vibe at the crèche!!! It was my pet’s second experience at a crèche thereto almost 8 years later. She and her team are doing wonderful job!!! Sending love through this! Highly Recommended!

They even have separate areas for rest, play, and feeding, so the dogs stay comfortable and safe. I also appreciate how they ask detailed questions about your dog’s diet, temperament, and routines before onboarding – it shows how personalized their approach is. I had left my beloved dog, Brutus, under their care for 12 days, and I couldn't have been happier with their service. What sets this creche apart is the genuine love and care they show for every pet. Despite charging very reasonable fees, Sreemoyee never compromises on the quality or quantity of the food provided to the dogs. Many places I've tried in the past failed to provide updates about my dog’s well-being, but at Pawfect Home, Sreemoyee made it a point to send 2-3 video updates every day, along with detailed feedback about Brutus. This constant communication gave me immense peace of mind, especially since I was initially anxious about leaving him. The creche feels like a home away from home for pets. Brutus returned healthy, happy, and well-looked after, which speaks volumes about the care and attention he received. Sreemoyee’s experience in handling dogs is evident in every little thing she does. The cherry on top was the pick-and-drop facility she offered—Brutus was safely dropped back home after his stay, which added to the convenience. Khushi is my 1year old fur baby. This was the second time khushi was with Shreemoyee. Last time she was there for approx 5days and she was completely normal after she came back home. All her activities were also normal. But I was a bit worried this time as she was going to stay at the creche for 16days. But I was so happy when I saw in our video calls and her videos that she was having a wonderful time there. The dogs there are also very friendly. I definitely recommend her creche because she will take care of your babies as her own.

The Best Dog Boarding Experience in Kolkata – Highly Recommend! I’m beyond grateful for the amazing experience my puppy, J (female), had at this boarding facility! This was my first time leaving J, as she’s only 2 months old, and I was understandably nervous. However, from the moment I contacted them, I knew I had made the right choice. I had to go on a business trip from November 1st to November 8th, and leaving her behind was tough. But the level of care J received truly exceeded all my expectations. The caretaker was wonderful – she treated J like her own and ensured she was fed on time, comfortable, and happy. I was sent daily updates, which gave me complete peace of mind during my trip. J even gained 1kg (from 5.5kg to 6.5kg), showing how well she was cared for and well-fed. The convenience of the pickup and drop-off service was another highlight. They came to my location to pick up J, and after my return, she was dropped off directly at my office. This thoughtful and seamless service made everything stress-free and easy for me. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, caring, and professional service for your pet, especially if it’s your first time boarding, look no further. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I’m so happy with the experience, and J and I will definitely be back!
