Worst pet shop ever . They give sample not for sale and expired cat food products if you don’t see the products with attention while buying . Dont test sample food on your pets . Worst behaviour by owner . Dont buy from them ever . ignorant people with worst behaviour

We were planning to have puppy from very long time, yeah ofcouse I have to prepared mentally first. And finaly 4 Days back we got our labrador puppy from pet Arena . We got a Punched Face Black English Labrador. And Most Importantly, Both Father & Son are very polite and You will get answers for all your queries.. Happy Customer till now.😁

Extremely pathetic behaviour. Needed a puppy. Called around 10-15 times. Constantly disconnecting the phone. Today I went to there shop around 1 PM and the shop was closed. However in Google, it was showing as opened. Thank god I saw the attitude before buying the puppy. Will never come back.

I got Simba, a golden retriever pup pet arena a week ago and I couldn't be happier. The puppy was in good and healthy condition. It was only 35-36days old and even though I have two other dogs in my home, I genuinely appreciate how Pet Arena helped me regarding it's feeding and medication. They explained everything with patience and they are always available on call or on whatsapp which is really helpful. If you follow their instructions after you get your puppy from them, they will surely follow up with you. Starting from vaccines to meals and vets. They will help you regarding almost everything about your pet. So if you're looking a loveable member to add to your family this is the place to get it from!

I got two Syrian hamsters from them. They told me two of them can live together, but Syrian hamsters actually fight to the death and the victor eats the other one if they are kept in the same cage because they are so territorial. They also charged me 3500/- for the male pair, where as I got two more from other sellers at 500/- pair, 1500/- being the most expensive mutation. The gave me a cage which was also insanely overpriced, but worst of all they told me it would be big enough for four hamsters. Within a few hours of getting them home, the bar biting, cage spacing and monkey barring began. One of them constantly ran on the wheel (which they gave and was way too small for syrians) and the other sat and kept shaking until I let them out to play. I did a lot of research and found out THEY NEEDED WAY MORE SPACE. I'll put the picture of the cage they said was perfect for keeping 4 hamsters VS the one I had to temporarily make for just those 2. The erratic stressful behaviour stopped as soon as I shifted them to a larger enclosure, and they bonded well with me. 1 star for the quality of the hamsters which is decent.
