We had bought a beagle from here on the 3rd of July, and on the 29th of July we asked Snehashish to apply for the KCI papers. Since then, he has kept ignoring our calls and giving vague excuses whenever he does pick up the phone. He told us that we would get it by the 20th of this month but since then he has only been ignoring our calls and messages. We have been calling and messaging him multiple times every day this month but we still haven't received any response. Extremely unprofessional behaviour!

Extremely unprofessional. My children bought a beagle from them last year in July (2020). It is now end March 2021. Till now we have not received the papers. My kids have been constantly trying to get in touch with Snehasish, but he ignores their calls. Waiting for the elections to end so that I can lodge a formal complaint. Advise all to not buy from these unscrupulous guys.

I got a cocker spaniel from them and the pup is very playful and healthy! He is our 5th family member . They gave me info on how to take care of the dog! And i recommend you to get a new four-legged family member for ur family💕✨

Very good and pet caring people helped me adopt and now I trust them so much that I keep my puppy with them whenever I go out of town. And for all pet products and all they come deliver at home and keep a check on my puppy too... Same goes for vaccination. The owner snehashihs is a real pet loving guy whom I trust a lot....

He said before handing over the pup that she will not be well for 2 days. 21st august we took her she was 50 days she was ill from the day 1 he gave her to us. She left us and on call he said me I don’t understand what happened to her. She was with us for 10 days and she suffered a lot
