The trainer is very polite and helpful, utilises the time in pool and grooming really well, pool is also clean, amazing experience. Will visit again soon.
Partho da is a kind and gentle person with dogs. He takes good care of the dogs and the service staff is also very good. Yes my boy enjoyed his swimming with partho da around him.
I dropped my babies at their Creche for 4 days, when I dropped them my shihtzu had some knots and my golden retriever didn’t have a single knot and they both were tick free, when I dropped them there I wanted to see the kennel but I wasn’t allowed, then later when I video called them I could see the condition of the kennel, it doesn’t have proper space, flooring and etc...that is the reason they do not even have any photo of the kennel uploaded! when I picked them up the owner wasn’t there so I came back home and checked my babies, my shihtzu was looking all crazy like I picked him up from street and my retriever had tangles on his chest area and behind his ears and both of them where smelling like cigarettes...after seeing that I immediately called up the owner and spoke to him about this and he after talking for a good time claimed to me that I had planned everything up to drop their reputation...and then with a very bad attitude the owner said “send me your bank details I’ll send you back the money” I was charged 4000 for 4 days and also i provided them with the dog food...after that I sent my bank details to the owner and there were no reply for 2 days and also he didn’t answer any of my calls, after 2 days I pinged him on Wtsapp, asking will you send me back the money cause I don’t want to pay 4K for such a horrible experience..again the owner started to accuse me for that I have planned everything up!!! My babies had a show to attend yesterday (14th feb) for this horrible treatment they couldn’t go...thank you so much!!! The owner has a very horrible behaviour and attitude problem, if you want your babies to get traumatised then do drop them here or else I’ll suggest you to ignore this place! The pool is well maintained, my paw babies had a great time. Will surely visit again!
This is a great dog creche. Mr. Partha is an amazing human being, goes out of his way to help, so are his associates. It has plenty of open space for the dogs to play and roam around. And all of them are super helpful, thank you!
