Pet Inn Dog Creche

The creche seems good at first. But our second experience was abysmal. He was bitten at 5 places! And they didn't even take responsibility for it. Very disappointing. Won't recommend. Response to the replied comment below : When a dog owner leaves their dog to a creche to be taken care of, they leave a part of their family away. They don't expect that their pet would return wounded and instead of taking responsibility the creche owners would give senseless excuses to save their face infront of people. Dogs are by nature insecure aggressive animals, to simply deny your responsibility by blaming my dog's nature is childish to say the least, if he was so aggressive you didn't need to send us pictures of him sitting in your lap, instead could have just tied in the corner of a room. Even that would have been better, atleast he would have returned safe. We never forced our dog upon u, you could have refused to take him if you were so apprehensive about that scratch of last time, instead of being so accepting. Anyway, the accusation is not of the event itself but the denial in taking accountability for it, till date.

I am the owner of Lucky's Sweet Home pet dog creche. Last Tuesday we went outside of Kolkata and this was urgent to put my baby in a nearby pet house. We called the owner and he assured that it was a very clean place. So at eleventh hour we drop our baby. We didn't have time to shift my baby in other place. The creche is dirty, unhygienic with bad smell. I personally see the place. The owner gave me two videos which do not shows that he have his full food for the entire day. He is busy we can understand but atleast he can give a full video with food in the bowl. He didn't give us. We today request him to give our baby full food so that we can receive him, after we receive our baby my baby was wanting to have his food. If my baby have his full food he can easily stay atleast for 7 hours withouit food. The place was so dirty that my baby is having itching problem. This man doesn't have minimum sense that a baby can't be happy without full food. Sorry to say that I will never send my baby to this type of business place who don't love pet babies but use them to earn money. His Room was full of urine and stool smell and very much unhygienic. Today even I see that my baby did his poty after four days.

Pet Inn Dog Creche exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the warmth and care they have for dogs. They are incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease leaving my furry friend there. The facilities are impeccable, with spacious play areas and all the amenities a dog could wish for. I'm grateful to have found such a fantastic place for any dog to socialize and have fun. Highly recommended!

We decided to keep our dog at Pet inn for a couple of days it was one of the best decisions I ever made. The owner, she is amazing. She herself has 3 labs and they are super friendly. My dog was absolutely fit and healthy with them. The day we went to pick him up the owner she even gave him a shower and brushed his teeth.
