I had the most fabulous experience buying products for our dogs and cats. We were outside the city, so I sent someone to pick up my order, which I had placed over the phone and paid for online. The staff was so polite and helpful, guided me through some product choices too. I was pleasantly surprised because they sent me dog collars free, since we have adopted/rescued Indies and I was told that as a policy, the company supports adopting over shopping for pets. We know we're not buying from anywhere else now!

HUFT is the only brand I trust when it comes to my babies, and this store is truly the best. I visit the store almost every couple of weeks for my dog’s grooming sessions and also for buying food, toys, clothes. The staff members at the store are always extremely friendly and warm. They’ve helped me innumerable times in picking the right products and also providing home delivery even if the product is not available in the store then. The groomers are also very sweet and caring, the spa sessions are absolutely wonderful.

The behavior of the HUFT Team, the pet groomers, and the quality of all products is excellent. Each of them have good knowledge about the products & offcourse they really love our furry babies. Once you start going to this store and get used to the quality of the products, any other petstore may fail to meet yor expectations. Highly recomended
