Will never recommend. i have raised dogs for last 30 years. never seen a prescription of 11 medicines for a simple dermatitis of the paw (including antibiotics for 20 days).... all expected to be purchased from the reception. The "vet" did not even sign off or write his name on the prescription. For experienced pet parents who know, will know.

OK this is my honest review my baby was suffered from Penleukopenia virus many others dr said that he can't survive but when I visit this clinic I can't tell you how happy I am and my family. I think pet vet world kolkata's best pet clinic ever. The dr The staff everyone are very grateful they all treat my baby very well. I m very thankful to them. They save my baby's life 😊..

The experience was really good. The staffs were cooperate, their behaviour is really appreciable along with their way of handling pets.

My Golden Retriever had developed pyometra. I will remain ever so grateful to Pet Vet clinic for taking such excellent care for her. Dr. Basak operated on her at a very short notice. The staff are excellent... efficient and provided dedicated support both in clinic and at home. They respond and made home visit even at 12 in the night. Post operative support was great. Thank you Per Vet.

While I will still give you 5 star for all the services we got for biscuit right from the day we had because of all the staffs there and also Dr Basak sir . But unfortunately I could sense a feeling of arrogance in your staffs ( Don’t want to name him as he too is really good person ) But may be I would avoid to come to your place due to very uncomfortable conversation with your staff who asked me to come after 2:30 but when I called at 3:10 he told me it’s not possible as I missed 2:30 . Good to see such a punctual attitude in Kolkata when we keep waiting for doctor for 2 hours but never complained about it . Thank you for everything and it’s heartening to take biscuit to a different place this time especially because he loved going there . Dog loves man , he is a good man , man loves dog he is a good man
