Pawstel by Mou (pet creche)

I recently left my cat at Pawstel for 5 days and was impressed by the exceptional care they provided. Although my cat’s deworming was not fully completed and he had some worms, they didn't hesitate to take him in during this emergency. They promptly administered another dose of deworming, ensuring his well-being. They treat every pet as if it were their own, providing excellent care and attention. They kept me updated throughout his stay and even offered video calls so I could see him, which was incredibly reassuring. Overall, I am very grateful for their services and will definitely choose Pawstel for my pet's boarding needs in the future.

We were looking for a creche to keep our 5.5 years old bunny for 2 weeks as we were going out of town. This would be her first stay away from her territory. I got Mou’s number from a friend along with other crèche contacts who host bunnies. Initially we were sceptical about whether our bunny can get adjusted to a new environment. Mou and Deep are very friendly couple and they run the creche in their 2 storied house. After speaking to them we were convinced to travel from Dumdum to Kudghat area to keep our bunny under their care. The following are a couple of points I would like to share: 1. They are well equipped to take care of 30 + animals at a time. 2. Different animals are kept in different rooms. There are no cages for dogs- and based on their requirements and temperament they are grouped. The house is fully cat proofed. 3. Proper play pen for my bunny was provided and she made a friend called Rani, the Cat. Our bunny had never interacted with any other species apart from humans and crows. Rani became so good friend that they stayed together most of the time. 4. They sent us regular updates along with photos and videos of our bunny. Also encouraged us to make video calls at our convenience. 5. Based on our bunny’s food habits, they provided with gourmet greens. We had provided with pellets and hay. 6. Our bunny didnt skip eating due to anxiety and stress which we thought she would experience initially. Surprisingly she felt comfortable in the new place she was shifted. 7. She received daily doses of love and massage from different members of the family. Overall we are very happy to find the creche and will highly recommend it to all

My dog Malcolm had stayed with Mou for a few days and she took great care of him. Took her less than 10 minutes to familiaze Malcolm with her own resident pups. Her knowledge of dog behaviour and dog handling is great. He had a great time with Mou and her family for the days he stayed there.

If you are a new pet parent, or an experienced one and looking for a creshe that would give you timely updates on how your baby is doing, how is his/her day going, and if you are looking for a creshe in the same locality or nearby (say within 2kms proximity) with the best amenities and homely treatment. Pawstel by Mou is the best place to choose. My baby Leo, had an amazing stay at hers'. He not only made new friends of his own breed but also got along with cats and other species there, it is the best environment that they provide for our babies to socialise and enjoy.. like they say.. why should humans have all the fun!! A vacation is deserved by all and i can say with all my heart that my baby had the best, the loveliest time there. The owners Moumita and Deep are sweethearts, they would keep you updated, guide you, help you and they also arrange pick-drop services unlike any other creshe. They would love your baby as theirs..pamper them, play with them,feed them if they are in a habbit of being hand-fed and give their 200%. The tailored service by them, does not make your baby feel he is away from home. I am hugely satisfied and i 200% recommend them if you are looking for a hassle-free, loving home, away from home for your babies. More than 5 stars to you Pawstel by Mou. ❤

One of the best affordable creche I found. Both Mou di and Deep da were very friendly with my dogs. They informed us about every possible thing. My dog has epilepsy yet she was very comfortable with them. I am very happy with their service. Would love to keep my dogs again and again.
