I have visited all the Heads Up stores and have been purchasing from there for my pet Yorkie since the day we got him home. The Salt Lake branch though has the biggest collection of products available. So it is a must visit! The staff over there is also trusted and dependable. Overall a very nice experience.

We shop from this store all the time for our four dogs. The products are durable and colorful! The staff is also very helpful and are quite knowledgeable about the needs of the dog. Highly recommend!

I visited the HUFT Salt Lake store with my 4-month-old, fully vaccinated puppy for socialisation and shopping. Another dog urinated right at the store entrance. When I requested the staff to clean it, it was not wiped properly. On asking for it to be re-cleaned, I was told that the store is cleaned three times a day. As a pet parent, this response was concerning. Puppies are extremely vulnerable to infections like parvovirus, which can spread through contaminated urine and feces and can be fatal. In a pet store that actively welcomes dogs, hygiene protocols must be immediate and thorough — not routine-based. I expected better awareness and responsibility from a premium pet brand. Hygiene in such spaces is not optional; it is critical for pet safety.

Just bought one Trixie cooling Dog mat from Kolkata salt lake store today .. Store employee suggested me to buy this mat and assured that it will not gets torn . Just after 15 mins I put it on use its gets tear on it and most scary part its inside meterial comes out . I have a lab of 4 months old and now I'm worried about if he has slowed something or not .. This is happening with me for 2nd time ( last time it was a toy didn't put review on that ) I bought from HUFT for quality if this the outcome then it's very Disappointing. By the way it's cost me 3200.....
