Very god pet shop. Every pet owners are loving to come here with their loving pet, specially for theirl grooming treatment for pets, I think so.

It's a shame because they seem to have a pretty good collection of items but their service is lacklustre at best and annoying at worst. I had to ask for service multiple times standing just a feet or two away from them but god forbid they interrupt their gossip to serve a customer. I had been previously misled into buying items that don't work or are inferior but pricey. Some staff members have no clue what item they do or don't have. Once someone told me an item I am looking for exists and then disappeared before someone told me it is not in stock. I will not be visiting the spot anymore. There is no dirth of options available to put myself through the humiliation of not being seen when I am speaking.
