I recently tried Masterpet Home Grooming Services for my 4-year-old Labrador, Neo, and it was my first time opting for home grooming. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. They arrived in a well-equipped grooming van, which immediately gave me confidence in their setup. The groomer was very experienced and gentle, he even lifted Neo carefully to help him into the van. What really stood out was how much he cared about Neo’s comfort. He kept reassuring him with pets and kisses throughout the session, which made a big difference. I chose the zero trim package considering the current heat in Kerala, and the trim was done very neatly and professionally. I could watch the entire grooming process through a glass window, which was reassuring for me and, I think, comforting for Neo as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely call them again for future grooming sessions.
