Excellent 😍 I visited the spa first time and was very happy with the services they provided with atmost care and love. Grommer friendly and gentle. Chee my Lhasa apso was very comfortable in their hands. The grooming was done perfectly as we instructed. I would highly recommend them.

I am extremely happy with their services. I left my pet with them for a week. Their pet boarding services are known by the name - Focus K9. They constantly sent me videos and pictures of him. They gave him the food according to my preference. They have outdoor area where your pet can roam around and play freely instead of being in the cage 24*7. I went for their grooming services as well. I got a discounted price. But most importantly, my son looked dashing when I went to pick him up. In every picture and video they sent me, my boy was smiling and enjoying. I have only left my boy for boarding twice in the past 7 years. The first time was in Mulanthuruthy, and for one night, but he came back sick. I was scared to leave him again, but I got lucky when I found D-Town Pet Service Centre. When I met Niju, I felt like he knows what he is doing. He himself took my pet from boarding to grooming parlour. His employees waited until almost 11pm so I could pick him up. More over at that hour, they catered to my request, I purchased some accessories from their store as well. Pricing is genuine. Most pet stores rob your pockets. D-Town is close to my house. About 3kms. It’s gonna be my go-to place for boarding, grooming, and accessories. As a pet parent, you feel blessed when you can find people you can trust with your pet. Special thanks to Niju. 🙏

Must say really impressed at how well our doggo was taken care of during the entire grooming session. The staff were kind and friendly, something which I was skeptical in the beginning. They were amazing loved the attention to detail they took while trimming the nail etc. The price was perfect..too. would definitely come again.
