Really loving this place for my pet..staff and doctors are so good and make us comfortable. Today was my pet vaccination Day and Doctor comfort her so well that she was so relaxed. All our quires are answered. Highly recommended

Not at all recommended.. Too pricey. Just cleared a doubt with doctor and he referred to another hospital without any treatment and charged 450!!! Money minded people.

They sent SMS and WhatsApp message saying 10% discount on grooming on 16/17th July.I called them and confirmed and informed need to get hair trimmed as offer is there .After getting hair cut done saw invoice with only 5% discount when asked they said 10% is applicable for hair cutting and washing for hair cut only we have give 5% as good gesture only.If that was the case there pamphlet should specify *condition apply or so.When I told its last time we be coming there staff just laughed it off. Best thing if you read my review and go down and check other reviews can see either its Owner or there staff handling reviews only reply to good reviews and ratings don’t even bother to reply to complaints or suggestions and same attitude saw from the staff at the counter when I said the issue she just laughed it off as if we are bothered. We got our cat, D’Cruz neutered here. We have been taking him occasionally here to get his nails clipped and for grooming. It was difficult to decide where to get it done as I stay in Trivandrum and he stays with my brother in Ernakulam. D’cruz is also usually suspicious when it comes to strangers and does not get along with others that easily. But here, he has been a good boy and that is definitely because of how everyone treats him. You can really see how much they love animals and treat them with care and dedication. The doctor has always been very responsive in attending my calls when it came to all my silly questions, being a concerned pet parent. D’Cruz is back in action now and has gotten even more playful after the procedure.

The pet grooming center is well maintained and quite well stocked too. The team is quite proficient and does a good job. They are also sensitive to pets. The best part is that you also have a very avbl so it's easy to consult along with the grooming session. Our two retrievers came out fresh and clean.🤩🤩
