I recently brought in my Lhasa Apso puppy (Seng-Kye) to Pet Trust Veterinary Speciality Hospital for cherry eye surgery. I am extremely grateful and happy with the care my puppy received during his cherry eye surgery on both eyes. The procedure was a success, and I couldn’t have asked for a more dedicated and professional team. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Joby and Dr. George Rikku Roshan for performing the surgery with such skill and compassion. Their reassurance, patience, and gentle approach made the entire experience much easier for my puppy and us. The aftercare was handled with the same level of kindness and professionalism, and I truly appreciate the way they monitored his recovery so closely. My puppy also developed some skin rashes around the same time, and Dr. George Rikku Roshan and Dr. Greeshma provided effective treatment right away. I’m also thankful to Dr. Greeshma for the attentive follow-up care and support. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcome and supported. Dr. George Rikku Roshan was truly exceptional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the surgery in detail, reassured us at every step, and handled my puppy with such gentle care and professionalism. We recently visited Pet Care Hospital when our dog was affected by the Parvo virus, and we had a truly wonderful experience despite such a difficult situation. The entire team was very caring, professional, and attentive from the moment we walked in. The hospital is well-maintained, clean, and very pet-friendly, which gave us confidence during a stressful time. They clearly explained our dog’s condition and treatment plan, and handled everything with so much compassion and dedication. Their genuine concern and professionalism really stood out and gave us hope. Most importantly, we would like to mention the attender, whose name might be Binoy (a Manipuri gentleman). He cared for my dog the most, spent so much time with him, and showed truly loving and genuine care. His dedication, affection, and constant attention meant a lot to us during this tough period.
