We lost our pet Eva and a main reason for that was how irresponsible these people were in treating her. Instead of giving her the proper treatment, they kept postponing the medicine shots saying she was not big enough to be treated. She had mange but when we applied the lotion that they gave us, she used to lick it off as she didn't like it and they didn't give any oral medicine which could have treated her and made a huge difference. She was a stray cat that came to our house on the verge of death and we feel like we would have had her for more than the 1 and a half months we had with her if we sent her somewhere else for treatment. At the end we lost her. We loved her a lot and she loved us a lot and we miss her.

I lost my cat ... They told that it's possible to save him with there 5 days continuous treatment and I did everything they told but I lost him on the very 6th day.. he was becoming weaker and weaker day by day but they keep telling us that he is improving ❤️‍🩹😔 anyway at the end I lost him.. that's all matters.. I am not blaming anyone but loosing someone you love is sad.. and it is irreplaceable. I don't trust their treatment. Sorry. I am not satisfied with their service and behaviour.

One of the best veterinary hospitals in the locality. Their service is appreciable. As we've seen how our pets get treated in government hospitals, what Felican is doing is a really good job. But the treatment is kinda expensive here. Only suggestion I have is, it would be better if they have an enclosing wall or fence, so that pets can be handled better.

Felican doctors tried their level best to save my lovely Neopolitan Mastiff,  Iva. Thank you for your efforts. One thing that I felt was the time lag of the test results from outside Labs. I was very anxious to know the cause of her demise. But it took morethan a month to get the PCR and Histopathology tests. The doctors and staff were compassionate and extremely honest towards my Iva and I am very thankful to them. My dog got admitted twice in Trippunithura Felican also. There too she got good care. Thank you Dr. Sunil Sir.

The cat I took to get groomed was beaten to death with a different medicine, and was told it had rabies. There was no treatment available and they only gave me a bill of Rs. 2000.We took the dead cat to Thrissur and did a postmortem, but there was no problem. I have doubts whether these people who work here are doctors. I will post a photo of the people who treated the cat below 🙏🏿 please share and support 🥺🙏🏿 i lost my cat 🥺
