My Golden Retriever was taken here for grooming. They LITERALLY SHAVED every inch of fur off off her. I went back to find a dog I don't even recognize. Pathetic staff with ZERO care about what they are doing. Experience was bad. NEVER going to come back here or let anybody I know near this place with their pet. I've asked one of the staff for a person responsible for this service to call me and I hope it will be somebody who'll understand what I'm saying. To the staff: you guys should be ashamed and take responsibility and remedy the faults and consequences of your actions. To the people reading this, I'll update this review with what happens further.

I came across a pup that had been hit by an auto. His condition was extremely severe with head trauma, and he was barely breathing. I first took him to a government hospital where they provided basic first aid, but unfortunately they didn’t have a system to keep him under observation even for a night. With no other option, I took him to Felican, Thoppumpady. Even though they understood his chances of survival were slim, the care and effort they put in was beyond words. They cleaned his body, placed him on an oxygen mask, and treated him with such gentleness and dignity. Sadly, the puppy passed away the next day. What really touched me was not just the medical help, but the humanity and compassion shown by the entire team. The manager came at night to ensure things were taken care of and even refunded the advance amount without me asking. A lady vet (I couldn’t get her name) and the whole crew gave their best to comfort both the puppy and me. I am deeply saddened by the puppy’s loss, but at the same time, I can’t stop appreciating Felican’s service. Their kindness, dedication, and the respect they showed to a dying pup truly moved me. Special thanks to the manager for his support-it meant a lot in that difficult moment.

Felican Pet Hospital is a really nice hospital well set up with everything u need for ur pet like food, treats etc. The docs I met were all very kind and genuinely caring n u can tell they actually love animals. The staff are friendly, too overall it felt reassuring as a pet parent. Would definitely recommend this place to other pet owners.
