Excellent hospital and grooming parlour for pets! Very friendly staff and doctors. Also has good collection of pet supplies and accessories. From my personal experience, Petsee offers better service compared to Vetz and Petz. This is not to demean any organization, but pets are like kids to us — how they are handled is very important. At Petsee, I’ve seen doctors cover the table with fresh puppy pads before consultation, so the puppy doesn’t come in contact with the table surface, keeping things clean and hygienic. At Vetz and Petz, I haven’t seen this practice; the tables are often covered in fur from previous pets. As far as I know, Petsee offers free consultation if you avail grooming services, and their pricing is also more reasonable compared to others. Now coming to grooming — it’s top notch! We had previously groomed our puppy at Vetz and Petz, but the grooming here is on another level. They use good quality branded products and still manage to keep the pricing fair. For our 4-month-old Lhasa Apso puppy, a full bath, hygiene cut, and two vaccines cost around ₹1200 — totally worth it!

I am very satisfied with the services here. My kitten had a head tilt and was unwell two days ago, but she is now completely fine. Dr. Ribu attended to her and prescribed the right potassium medication, which helped her recover within two days. Highly recommended! The medical store staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The staff, groomers,Doctor and overall atmosphere are all top-notch — warm, friendly, and professional. We've been regular customers at Petsee Maramon for the past 5 years, and with the Thiruvalla branch now open closer to us, it’s even more convenient.
