I had left my cat twice at Oriana Pet Hostel, and both times the experience was absolutely wonderful. As a pet parent, it’s never easy leaving your baby behind, but they made the whole process so reassuring and stress-free. They took genuinely good care of my cat, Binky, and what I really appreciated was the regular update videos they sent. It meant so much to see him comfortable and well looked after. They also feed the pets good, homely food, which gave me extra peace of mind.
Our Golden Retriever, Louie, stayed at Oriana Pet Hostel for 4 days last week. It was his very first boarding experience…. We were really happy with how everything went. The team took wonderful care of him and made sure he was comfortable, especially at night when he tend to be more anxious. We received daily photo and video updates, which was really helpful. A special thanks to Nirmal for creating such a genuinely caring pet hostel that truly understands what each pet and their pet parents need. Louie came home happy and relaxed. Due to my daughter's wedding I wasn't able to look after my babies for few days, so I had to ask around my friends and family a safe place to keep my eazy and Floki under a care while we having this marriage function for 3 days. I chose oriana pets hostel and I'm satisfied under their supervision they are very happy and satisfied. once we r back after 3 days they look very healthy and groomed. We chose Oriana Pet Hostel for our beagle, Shadow, and since it was our first time leaving her, we were understandably a bit nervous. But Nirmal kept us reassured by sending daily updates and videos, and it was clear that Shadow was happy and comfortable there. We were truly satisfied with the care she received. Another highlight was the helpful suggestions they provided to address Shadow’s dandruff issue. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and very affordable. Highly recommended for pet parents looking for a safe and caring place for their furry companions!
