I’ve been visiting Dr Zoo for my pets and I couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. It has truly become my go-to hospital. Dr. Haritha and all the other doctors are incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely cares about the animals. All the staff members are experienced, friendly, and always make me feel comfortable and supported no matter what the situation is. The service, cleanliness, and attention to detail here are amazing. Great place, I would say the best in Cochin. I have been coming here with my pet from 2024, be it the medical team, staff, grooming or the boarding is just amazing. My pet is in safe hands. He loves this place. It's like a second home for him when he is in the boarding. I must say very hygiene and such a soothing place for pets. Highly recommended. Great job .Keep up the good work.....

I recently visited this hospital for the first time with my pet Emma, who is 3 years old and soon turning 4. Emma is among the few pets in Kerala with special privileges, and after our Taj Munnar trip, we decided to consult the doctors here based on local recommendations. While the facility gives an impression of being modern and well-designed, the overall client experience was disappointing — particularly in areas that reflect professionalism and operational ethics. 1. Parking & Accessibility There is no proper client parking available. The only parking space was consistently occupied by rescue centre vehicles, which appear to visit the hospital regularly. For a hospital of this scale, basic client parking should not be an afterthought. 2. Infrastructure vs. Service Transparency The interiors are tastefully done, but presentation alone doesn’t define client satisfaction. What truly matters is transparency, efficiency, and trust in client interactions — areas where the experience fell short. 3. Doctors & Care The doctors themselves were kind, polite, and patient, which I appreciate. However, the issue lies beyond the medical team — specifically in the billing and administrative process. 4. Billing & Pharmacy Experience At entry, payment was requested before consultation, which is understandable for new clients. However, upon exit, I noticed an additional “procedure charge” listed on a separate bill. When I questioned it, the staff provided unclear explanations and blamed a typographical error, requiring an additional 10–15 minutes of “verification” before the bill was corrected. As someone who runs multiple businesses, I am very familiar with transparent billing systems — and this incident raised serious concerns about process integrity. Whether it was a genuine oversight or a recurring practice, such inconsistencies damage trust and credibility. 5. Overall Impression Dr. Zoo has potential, but stronger management oversight and stricter billing accountability are urgently needed. A client’s confidence is built on ethical practices, not just good interiors or polite doctors. I’m sharing both bills as proof of the incident — not to defame, but to ensure accountability. I hope the management reviews this matter seriously, as such lapses reflect poorly on the hospital’s reputation among discerning clients who value transparency and integrity.
