I went only to get some food for my cat. The place did have wide variety to select from and also the place is big. It’s right beside the main road. There is some parking space in front of the place. The grooming area is also large with 3-4 stations and very neat as well.

I am very upset with the service . I brought my cat in for a lion cut and nail clip. The entire process felt rushed, and the groomer clearly lacked patience. My cat was visibly shaking when I picked her up. The cut is incredibly uneven, with noticeable patches missed, and they cut one of her quicks too close, causing a small amount of bleeding. For the high price, the service was unacceptable and traumatizing for my pet. The experience was stressful, the conditions were unsanitary, and the pricing was dishonest. I feel completely misled.This place is unprofessional, dangerous to sensitive pets, and cheats customers. They prioritize speed over safety and care. Do not trust your cat with them.please 🙏 avoid this place those who love your pet
