It's really good place to treat pets. Doctors and staff are very dedicated. They handle the pets in a very loving manner. It is situated near Durbar hall Ernakulam.
Not hygenic.. XRay machine is complaint, will take 2 months to repair. Staffs are well behaved. Infrastructure need much more devolopment.
The careless attitude of the doctors led to a delay in treatment, which sadly caused the death of my dog. They showed no sense of urgency or compassion when my pet’s life was at risk. Instead of providing immediate care, they kept wasting time and ignoring the seriousness of the situation. The staff seemed unprofessional and poorly trained, and there was no proper communication about the condition of my dog. Such negligence is unacceptable, especially from a place that claims to care for animals. I trusted this hospital with my pet’s life, and their irresponsibility cost me everything. I would never recommend anyone to bring their beloved pets here.
The doctor and staff are very kind . But there is no equipment available for surgery or major problems. My pet died here after surgery as there was no required equipment present so the treatment required was not provided .For surgery or any other very urgent treatment kindly go to Private hospital .
Hi, one day I went to the center that, I have been experiencing waiting at the veterinary centre for more than half an hour. The receptionist was polite and kind to the customers, which made the wait a bit easier. However, the parking space for vehicles is very limited, making it difficult for visitors to find a place to park.
