I am extremely disappointed with the service and seriously concerned about the conduct of this establishment. My cat was picked up at 3:00 PM and returned only at 9:30 PM, during which time he was kept confined for over 6 hours without movement or proper care. No prior information, consent, or explanation was provided for this excessive delay. What is particularly alarming is the misrepresentation and false explanations given when I repeatedly tried to contact them. I was told different versions on different calls, including that the staff met with an accident, that he fell sick, and later that there were too many ad hoc appointments. These contradictory statements indicate a clear lack of transparency and raise serious concerns about honesty and operational integrity. Repeated calls were ignored, and there was no accountability, no empathy, and no reasonable communication throughout the process. This caused unnecessary distress to both the pet and myself. The handling of this situation may constitute negligence and misrepresentation, especially when dealing with a living animal entrusted to their care. I am documenting this experience and would strongly advise other pet owners to exercise extreme caution before using this service.
