Such arrogant behaviour.Bill amount was mentioned wrongly. When we expressed concern the shop Assistant treated customer with horrible arrogance. We did not ask for free, we paid for the product. Where do you get such people to service customers. Ridiculous place.

Pretty nice place to get various items for your furry pets. They had almost all the things I wanted for my pup, and were reasonably priced items.

Had an incredibly disappointing experience at this pet shop. The manager, Sreekala, lacks basic customer communication skills. Despite their agreement to refund a purchased product, there was no sign of a refund after returning the item. Our persistent calls and messages were met with empty assurances and delays. Today, at the shop, they outright denied any agreement, and our records were mysteriously absent from their database. It took an ex-employee's assistance and two hours of sitting in the shop before they finally processed our refund. I'm baffled by what Sreekala is doing there, given our positive past experiences.

Good place for a shopping for your pets. Not budgeted and they are in aware of most of the products . I was recommended a treat for my 2 months old French puppy, which was only meant for puppies above 3 months. I read the note in the treat packet just before billing and cancelled it. Try to read the contents and details in the product carefully when it comes to edibles. Our pets are precious for us , not for them.

It's very convenient to shop for different pets because they have different sections for different animals. There is no discount given though. But when you want thing you gotta get it so yeah for emergencies you can go here otherwise there are many other shops which gives discounts. Overall my experience was good.
