**Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended** Dear Pet Parents, I recently visited this place for a nail clipping and ear cleaning service for my beagle, and I was left extremely surprised by the charges. They charged me Rs. 500/- for the service, which is quite unreasonable when compared to premium pet spas that charge around Rs. 150/- for similar services while offering luxurious amenities and a better overall experience. While I understand that we all want the best for our pets and are willing to spend accordingly, it is important that we are not taken advantage of. Unfortunately, this establishment seems to overcharge without offering any value in return. They have everything for your pet care. I bought 3 feet cage at a lowest price in the market. And collection of accessories for your pet cage is in abundance. Just visit the shop to get idea of the types of cages you can have. They have decorative indor cages for birds which is not easy to get in retail shops.

We visited Akvaa for grooming our 3-month-old Shih Tzu. The pricing is very economical, and the service is decent for what they charge. I feel the grooming could have been a bit better, but at this price point, no real complaints. A good option for basic and affordable grooming.

Recently took my Persian cat for grooming, for the first time, as my regular spots weren’t available and the rate seem very much alluring. But what was returned to me after grooming was very disappointing and disheartening, my cat looked like the regular cat, having lost all her nice fur when the specific instruction was to do a medium cut, and many vital areas like the paws were missed. My Persian was unrecognisable beyond explanation, when the initial trimming was done and approved and she was taken back , more trimming was done. Im a person who proudly give good ratings and this is the very few ratings that make me so sad. Pets are like kids to many people and to see them be treated like this is very disconsolately hapless. Replying to your reply. The services which I took for my cat was nail cut, ear cleaning, hygiene cut and hair cut. Not trimming. And the cat fur was normal good condition and not at all damaged one. And i take her regularly for grooming. So don’t try to put the blame on the fur. Its like i took a Persian cat for grooming , and i got back a normal cat with a Persian tail. The limit of the hair cut which the lady groomer showed me was okey. But that was not the end result. Even she didn’t properly clean the hygiene areas and moreover the face shape of the cat was like zigzag not even an ovel or round.

They have a pretty good collection of dogs, cats and birds products. Dogs and cats grooming are done here asking with medicated wash and zero trimming. The service was really good. There is a slight issue regarding parking rest all the matters are good.
