I had an husky and I choose this boarding based on reviews. The reason to even give 2 stars is for the drop service and grooming. And the reason why I didn't give other 3 stars is because my dog got hurt near his nose, when I asked them to drop me to my place a representative called me back and said as he was in the cage he was trying to put his nose between the cage and got some scratches, I asked them is it like too much, there reply was the applied some powder on his nose and there is nothing to be worried. Hearing that I was at ease and made the payment, then when my dog came back I checked his nose and it was more like it's infected and got septic. I tried to touch his nose but some foul smell was coming from it. The reason why I m writing this is if something happens to your dog in the boarding they are not responsible, they can't even share what sort of powder they applied on my dog. So if my dog get infection because of this so called tiny scratch, this boarding is answerable.
