My dog was suffering from diarrhea and I brought him to this hospital. On the first day I paid nearly 4,000, and on the second day another 1,000. On the third day, when I came again, I waited for more than one hour. My dog was very weak, vomiting, and clearly in pain, but no one cared. Other people came later with their dogs and were treated immediately, while me and my dog were made to wait. It felt like only people who come in expensive cars are given priority. If you are a normal person with a normal dog, you are ignored. My dog already had a drip needle in his hand and needed urgent care, but the hospital staff showed no concern at all. This was a very painful and disappointing experience. I will never visit this hospital again. This hospital seems to care only about luxury, not about animals or their owners’ pain. After this, I visited Cochin Pet Hospital. At that time, I met another patient from the same hospital with the same issue. That woman said she also had the same experience. Now my dog is in very good condition. The Cochin Pet Hospital team took my dog and provided good service. The team identified my dog's issue as tick fever. The team treated him the same day, and the next day my dog ate very well. Your team did not identify the exact issue. Your team said to give the dog antibiotics until that day. No one knew the reason.

Wonderful experience with the grooming service. Mr.Afin , the groomer here was so gentle and caring with my Golden Retriever, and it was clear from the start that he truly understands pets and treats them with so much patience and kindness.They also used really good quality products, and I could actually notice a big difference after the session — my dog’s coat looked healthier, felt softer, and the shedding reduced a lot. Overall, it was a very pleasant and professional service, and I would definitely recommend Afin to anyone looking for a groomer who genuinely cares about animals.

Doctors are good. Specially thank Dr Tittu and Dr Lakshmi for the operation after the fracture. They carefully explained about the surgery, anaesthesia, risks etc in a way we felt confident to go with it and addressing oir concerns . He has started walking again

We had a wonderful experience at Ernakulam Pet Hospital during a very important time for our dog, Blacky. We visited on the 9th and 10th of February when Blacky was feeling uncomfortable and retching. The doctors promptly attended to her and performed a scan, and that’s when we happily learned she was pregnant. Later that night, she delivered a few puppies at home, but when the remaining deliveries were delayed, we took her back to the hospital. The doctors handled the situation with great care, professionalism, and calmness, which gave us a lot of confidence and relief during a stressful time. A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Lakshmi and Dr. Adithya, and also to another doctor whose name I unfortunately don’t recall — all of them were incredibly compassionate, patient, and supportive. Their expertise and reassuring approach made a big difference for both Blacky and us. The staff members were also very cooperative and helpful, and the hospital is well-equipped with the necessary facilities for quality pet care. We are truly grateful for their timely help and kind treatment. Thanks to their support, Blacky safely welcomed her puppies. I would highly recommend this hospital to any pet parent looking for reliable, professional, and caring veterinary service.
