PETSEE PET HOSPITAL - DIAGNOSTIC AND PET GROOMING CENTRE (PATHANAMTHITTA VETERINARY HOSPITAL, Kozhencherry Branch)

I strongly warn pet owners to think twice before coming here. I brought my dog for a simple cough, but they rushed into a wrong diagnosis of fungal pneumonia based only on an X-ray, without doing proper confirmatory tests. At that time, my dog was eating well. They immediately started antifungal medicines, which badly damaged his stomach. Within days, his appetite dropped to almost nothing, and later he stopped eating completely. After 14 days, the hospital admitted it was their mistake and told me it was not fungal infection at all — but by then my dog’s condition had already worsened, and he even developed bloody stools. On top of this, they kept taking multiple blood tests repeatedly without asking my permission, and in just 20 days I was forced to spend nearly ₹15,000. Despite all this, my dog’s condition only became worse. Due to their careless and improper treatment, I tragically lost my beloved pet. This hospital’s negligence caused me deep pain and loss — please be cautious before trusting them with your pet’s life.

I recently took my cat for grooming at Petsee Hospital and Indrapal was his groomer. He was incredibly gentle and patient and it was clear that he genuinely cared about my cat’s comfort and wellbeing, something I haven’t always seen with other groomers. I was also pleasantly surprised by his knowledge of pet health; he spoke with the confidence and clarity of someone truly experienced. Truly impressed and grateful for the exceptional care! :)
