This place needs to shutdown. They call it "home away from home". But its just hell away from home. Very unhygienic and stressful environment for the pets. The staff is untrained and uneducated on how to take care of dogs. Such boarding should be regulated by proper standards enforced by muncipal corporation. Fun fact is this is run by a Vet Doc who also owns The Cochin Hospital.
I only take to this place only as a last resort. The dog will become disoriented for a couple of days after coming from this place. I believe they are giving poor quality food and as every one pointed tick are a big problem. Now we cannot complain about ticks as they have found a work around. Instead of cleaning their boarding, they now put the responsibility on us asking us to buy a costly oral medicine which prevent ticks for one year. Consider this place only if there are no other options. It a pain to see the dog's gloominess after coming from this place.
I have mixed feelings about this place. I placed two dogs with them for 2 days. While they have plenty of real estate where the dogs can roam around and the kennels themselves are adequately large. I'm afraid the popularity of this place has affected its efficacy. The place was almost full and I don't think the 2-3 man staff over there can handle the workload of feeding, cleaning and exercising all the dogs. While this place provides an adequate shelter while you are away, the diet of your dogs will go for a toss. I wouldn't recommend this place especially if you have a sensitive/anxious dog like mine. Mine looked malnourished and took some time to adjust back to its home conditions after getting back. Edit - One of my dogs caught an infection and developed hook worm problem a day after discharging from the resort. The irony being I got her treated at the Cochin Pet Hospital. She's doing okay now thanks to the good doctors at the hospital. But this will be my last visit to the 'pet Resort'.
Best place for dogs! The area is clean and good for your pets. Our pug stayed there for 5 days and he was taken care well. They will clean your dog and feed properly. The staffs are polite and well-trained to take care of the pets. I definitely recommend this place for pet lovers who needs worry-free mind while they are away from their home.
The worst place you can put your pet at. Recently one of the boarded dog died due to negligence. The migrant workers are not at all trained and absolutely useless. The place is highly unhygienic and pathetic. Any one can just go there and view their facility. They even keep fungal dogs next to the boarding pet dogs of customers. Very very pathetic. The bald Manager Santosh needs to be fired and taught some manners
