I couldn't have found a better place for our Indie pup - Coco. Robin was amazing with her. I was anxious the first time I left her there and kept calling to find out how she was doing. Not only was Robin caring towards Coco, he was patient in answering all my queries. As a pet parent, I recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a place for your pets when you travel. Good people. Robin is very good with dogs. I used his establishment mainly for boarding my dog on three occasions in April, may and July 2022 when I was traveling. My dog was well looked after and she was happy at the boarding. Robin took it upon himself to train her a few basic commands and she has been behaving better after her first stay at Robin's place. I would recommend Robin's place and I intend to use his services again. Beat part is that Robin himself is an avid dog lover .

Robin and his wife are very sweet and they love and understand dogs, which is something most hostels in Kerala lack. Most you can’t handle dogs, and are scared. I had left 5 dogs in Robins care. He took care of them understood them and so he knew what they needed. Which i truly appreciate. He also kept sending me videos and voice notes - i loved that. We usually have to beg and ask many times in other hostels in the area, and even then you’d get nothing - because they won’t be doing what they promised. With robin that was not a worry at all. I could tell they love all animals. Which is very important in this line of work. Would definitely recommend them to others.

We recently got our Doberman back after training and boarding with Mr. Robin and Mrs. Archa, and the improvement is clearly visible. He is much calmer, less anxious, and far more responsive to commands. . They took excellent care of our dog and gave him the right balance of structure, training, and affection. We felt completely reassured knowing our dog was in such capable hands. Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional training and caring boarding.

Recently, I sent my Labrador, Charlie, to this daycare initially for 10 days, but due to my personal situation, I had to extend his stay to almost one month. I received him back yesterday, and I am truly grateful for the care and support provided throughout this period. The staff were extremely kind, patient, and understanding about my situation. They kept me updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave me great peace of mind. The environment was clean, safe, and well maintained, and I could clearly see that they genuinely love and care for the dogs. Charlie came back healthy, active, well-groomed, and emotionally comfortable, which speaks a lot about the quality of care he received. He was happy to see me, but I could also tell he was comfortable with them, which says everything. Thank you to the entire team for treating my dog like their own. I would definitely recommend this daycare to any pet parent looking for a trustworthy and loving place for their fur baby.
