I needed KMR (kitten milk replacer). It was an emergency and they helped with prompt delivery through Porter. This was a few days ago but found time just now to post this feedback; sorry for the delay. I had tried Petzoo alongside this team, but found former to be quite indifferent; didn't even attend my calls or reply to my messages on the day they promised and i wanted it delivered. Ergo, went with Hello Pets, and shall choose them in future too! Dedicated team and good customer support; they understand the needs of customers and help the best way possible! ❤️❤️❤️

I'm writing to share a disturbing experience with Hello Pets, Mamangalam branch. During my visit to give instructions for my pets' grooming, I noticed non-Malayali staffs(more like immigrant workers from bengal) handling the grooming. After the session, I was shocked to find multiple cuts on my pets' bodies. When I reported this, the staff claimed it was a skin infection. However, a vet visit confirmed that the injuries were cuts caused by a blade. I find it unacceptable that a pet grooming center can be so reckless with animal's well-being, especially when pet owners are paying for their services. This incident seems like a clear case of animal cruelty. I urge pet owners to think twice before choosing Hello Pets for grooming. Our furry friends deserve better care and attention.

I had a great experience getting my Shih Tzu groomed here. The haircut was perfect and made my dog look super cute and fresh. The staff was very friendly and handled my pet with a lot of patience. The place was clean and professional, and the prices were reasonable. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend it! 🐶✂️

Absolutely the best dog grooming salon in Kochi! Only ₹600 for trimming, ear cleaning, and nail cutting. The staff is super friendly . Special shoutout to Pranav and the new lady at the reception. I love that they offer a 10% discount on drools dog food too. No long waits, and the service is always top-notch. I always bring my dogs here for grooming . Big thanks to the Hindi guy as well—he did an amazing job with the haircut. You guys are the best! 😊🐾
