Thanks to Priority Paws.. Max seemed to have a great time.. He made new friends and was taken care very well .We could make out a difference compared to many other boardings when he returned home. Thanks again..looking forward to many more fun times for our Max..

It was the best boarding facility for my puppy. Anamika took care of him as her own and he had an absolute blast and found a new friend. She kept me updated on how he was doing and sent me plenty of pics and videos. Thank you so much.

Extremely Disappointed – Wouldn’t Recommend I genuinely don’t understand how this place has such good reviews, because my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I boarded my 1-year-old Shih-Tzu during heat with Anamika for 9 days, and trusting her with my fur baby turned out to be a huge mistake. First of all, communication was terrible. I had to constantly ask for updates, photos, videos and was often met with excuses about being “too busy.” There was a time when my messages were completely ignored for over 24 hours, leaving me anxious and in the dark about how my pet was doing. But the worst part? When I got my dog back, she had a severe eye infection. I had to rush her to the vet immediately. The doctor confirmed it was due to poor hygiene — the area around her eye had clearly not been cleaned, and it was visibly dirty, full of gunk, the eye visibly red and she was having some bleeding on cheek due to some minor wound. I was never informed of this during her stay. Moreover, her blood was not cleaned properly and resulted in matting of her fur, needless to say, another probable cause of infection. It took over a week of treatment to get her back to normal. So, if you’re okay with being ignored, begging for updates, and getting your pet back in worse condition than you left them, then sure, go ahead. But if you love your pet and want peace of mind, I’d seriously suggest you look elsewhere

Absolutely thrilled with the care our huskies received at this pet boarding home! They were well-fed, received timely medical attention, and came back happy and healthy. Truly grateful for the love and attention given — highly recommended for any pet parent!

This service made our staycation completely stress-free. They matched us with a nearby cat sitter almost immediately and handled all the details for us. Drop-off was simple, cost effective, communication was clear, and we received daily photo and video updates of our kitten. It was obvious the sitter genuinely loved animals—they cared for him as if he were their own. We’ll be using this service every time we travel. Even though cats don’t always show much emotion, we could tell he was happy and comfortable. Knowing he was in such good hands put us totally at ease. Highly recommended!
