Our dogs have gone to Roms N Raks Tripunithura for their baths a few times, and it’s been a great experience each time. The staff clearly love dogs and are very caring and responsive to their needs. They also stock a good selection of food, toys and other products, and are very prompt in responding to any queries we have. A big shoutout to the resident cutie shih tzu Dundoo, who’s a delight to be around!

I visited today to get my Persian cat, Snowbel, groomed, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were very gentle and handled her with great care and love. The service was excellent, and I’m truly happy with the results. Snowbel looked beautiful and relaxed. Thank you for such a great service and a special thanks for the lovely gift hamper!
