I recently took my shihtzu to Petmark for a full summer cut, and I could be happier with the results.The staff was incredibly professional and gentle, which immediately put both me and my pet at ease. Emma usually gets nervous, but they handled her with such care.She came back looking and smelling absolutely fantastic! Her coat is now soft, shiny, perfectly trimmed and they even did a great job on his nails, paws, bow tie. The salon was also very clean and organized.I highly recommend PETMARK to anyone looking for an stress-free and high-quality grooming experience.

We visited Petmark after seeing the amazing reviews on Google, and it was totally worth it! We wanted grooming services for our Shih Tzu puppy, who was less than 2 months old, so we chose their grooming package for puppies. The staff was incredibly friendly to both us and our puppy, and we felt confident that they will take good care of him. The store itself was great. Most products are available at comparatively lower prices, and they have a good collection of accessories for pets. While the shop space is a bit small, it didn’t feel like an issue. The grooming area is right next to the store, and it's behind glass, so you can watch how well they take care of your pet. The staff did a great job, and the whole experience met our expectations. We’ll definitely be visiting again soon!
