We recently boarded our dog, Noodle, at Pet Clan for over a week while we were away, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! The wonderful family at Pet Clan took amazing care of him — they truly treat all the dogs like their own, which made Noodle feel right at home. One of the best parts was the daily photo and video updates. Seeing Noodle happy and playing every day really reassured us and made us feel connected even from afar. They also offer grooming services before pickup, which was such a thoughtful touch — we brought Noodle home looking and smelling great! Overall, Pet Clan went above and beyond in every way. We entrust our dear Shih Tzu Leo with Rochelle and family every now and then. Chose them after some research and trials. It's a regular spacious house where the family stays and none of the pets are caged but are taken care of like their own. They understand the anxiety of pet-parents and send us regular updates with videos. The result is that we have our go-to place ready whenever we want to leave Leo with someone whom we can trust.

Great place to board pets without a crate! The family took great care of our little poodle Cooper, and made sure he had his meals even though he's a very fussy eater. We were regularly updated through videos and photos, and he was even groomed exactly the way we wanted. He managed to make friends and funnily enough, he was a little sad to come back home. I had boarded my pet at Petclan Daycare for 4 days, and I’m extremely happy with their service. My pet was comfortable, well taken care of, and returned home happy and healthy. They used to send videos daily, which really gave me peace of mind while I was away.After coming back home, it honestly felt like he was a little sad about leaving his friends there — which says a lot about how happy he was! Petclan Pet Boarding took excellent care of Pluto during his stay. This was Pluto’s very first time staying away from us since he has been with us from his 8th week of birth — and now he is 1 year and 9 months old — so naturally, we were a bit anxious. But Mr. Saji and his daughter showed him so much love and affection that we felt completely at ease. We never felt worried even for a moment. It was truly heartwarming to see how happy and comfortable Pluto was with them. He also made friends with other dogs of different breeds, which made his stay even more enjoyable. We are now planning to leave Pluto with them again for our upcoming short trip, as we truly feel it is his home away from home.
