Abin at Roms N Raks Vypin gave me excellent service for my beagle - Snoopy! I booked a grooming service for him, and I had also requested a pick-up and drop service, and Abin arranged a timely pick-up and drop. I trust the quality of the grooming here, as I have availed their services in Kadavantra and Palarivattom stores before. I also bought a small packet of dog food, but unfortunately, the food was bad and Snoopy got stomach sick. I informed that to Abin and he instantly gave me a refund.
