This spa has no level of professionalism and hygiene. It is surprising that, how a spa associated with a pet hospital can exhibit such negligence?. Despite their awareness of the risks associated with parvovirus, they continue to use masks for dogs without proper sanitization. Furthermore, the groomers display no friendliness towards pets and they focus only to complete the grooming tasks rather than ensuring a positive experience for the animals. It raises concerns about the safety of entrusting our pets to such individuals. When I raised my concerns regarding the use of unhygienic masks, I was given an inadequate explanation, stating that they sanitize the masks only after using it four or five times and they can't sanitize it every now and then. This was my fourth visit, and it will undoubtedly be my last, as I cannot expose my pet to such risks.

The service approach was nice. Grooming was done perfectly and professionally

I had a very bad experience with them. I took 2 cats to them for grooming and paid for nail cut, eat cleaning, Medical bath and hair cutting and paid 3390 rs then one cat was not even washed probably and ear was also not cleaned. When I complained on this they were rude and didn't took time to hear me on. I felt the staff where a bit rude as well since one cat was a bit scared and leg got swollen after the grooming. My experience was totally negative and i took them to a different spa and they really look nice. And they didn't washed one cat and given to me was most unprofessional.
